In this market you need a consultant vs. a salesperson. No one likes to be in a high pressured decision making process, especially when buying a home, after all this is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make.

What we do is take all of the criteria that you want in your new home and add that to our computer program.  We’ll pull up everything that is available through every real estate company that matches your criteria.  We’ll go through them one by one and decide which you would like to see.  Then we’ll check every day using the same criteria and when the home comes available that’s right for you, you’ll be the first to know about it!

Buyer’s Market vs. Seller’s Market
A buyer’s market exists when the housing market is flooded with more houses on the market than there are buyers wanting to buy.

We are in a SELLER’S MARKET!  A seller’s market exist when there are more buyers than there are homes on the market and that means the sellers are getting about everything they want and then some. Homes that are for sale in a Seller’s Market move quickly which means when you find the home of your dreams you have to be ready to write an offer or possibly loose the home you have your heart set on!

The Perfect Home
We’ve discovered that there is no such thing as the perfect home.  You’ll find a home that may have the perfect back yard but the kitchen is too small, or the kitchen is perfect but the family room doesn’t have a fireplace or it’s too small.  Again, the difference between a salesperson and consultant comes into play.  As consultants we suggest you name the TOP FIVE MOST IMPORTANT things you must have in a home, the TOP FIVE LIKE TO HAVES, and the THINGS YOU ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT.
